New User Instructions:

1. Enter your member number

2. Then (for the password) enter the LAST 4 digits of the PRIMARY MEMBERS' social security number, followed by the FIRST three letters of your last name IN CAPS.

3. You will then be prompted to choose a new password and follow futher instructions to create a secure sign-in.
